How Do I Volunteer

(Justice ACTs is part of Youth With A Mission, a completely volunteer run organization. There are no paid positions.)

Volunteers:

We do not accept short-term volunteers, unless they are coming with a particular skill set we are needing at the time.

We accept both YWAM and non-YWAM volunteers.  Please keep in mind Justice ACTs is a Christian organization. Prayer and faith are part of our daily operations.

To learn more contact: volunteers@justiceacts.org
You will be sent a the appropriate applications.
Please do not make any travel arrangements until your visa and application processes are complete.

Local Long-Term Volunteers (Non-YWAM):

If you live in South Africa, we are accepting one to two year volunteer commitments for the S-Cape Home, only.  Justice ACTs is a VOLUNTEER Christian organization.  Faith and prayer are an integral part of how our team functions.  We do not accept non-YWAM LONG-TERM volunteers UNLESS they live in South Africa.

International Long-Term Volunteers (Youth With A Mission):

We are accepting two-year commitments through the Muizenberg YWAM Base for the S-Cape Home or Justice Prevents.

If you are not from South Africa, you must be part of Youth With A Mission to work with Justice ACTS.  However, an international non-YWAMer can volunteer with us with the intention of joining YWAM.  This would require taking three months off to do your Discipleship Training School, a three month lecture phase, at the Muizenberg base.  Afterwards, you can do the required two-month outreach with Justice ACTs.  To learn more about DTS go to www.ywammuizenberg.org)
